Refund policy

Due to the nature of cigars and tobacco products, all sales at Arcadia Cigars Lounge are considered final. For hygiene, storage and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cigars once they have left the premises.


If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and our team will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.


Arcadia Cigars Lounge reserves the right to assess each request individually.
